Like many dogs, Gia likes to roll in the grass.

Sometimes she is a lapdog.
We like to let gia choose her treat.

Gia sometimes barks, snaps, or lunges at people, which is the main thing we try to help with in training. She’s gotten a lot better but still wears a muzzle at the vet.

I love when she lays her head down on pillows like a person.

Majestic
She is usually very demure on walks, but goes NUTS at the sight of sand.

Another of Gia’s passions is tearing sticks apart.

In the field.

She likes to look outside when it’s raining.
Sometimes I take gia to the park to toss handfuls of kibble for her to find. I also hide kibble around the apartment. I originally hoped this would help her get out her scavenging energy (and she’d then stop looking for chicken bones and other garbage on our walks) but unfortunately it seems to have only improved her skill. Still fun though!

Now we’re both in the field.

If she seems to be hiding her face from the light I sometimes put an eyemask on her. She usually leaves it on for a while 🤷🏻
Gia loves to destroy things, so sometimes we entertain her by throwing some treats into a cardboard box, taping it up, and letting her rip it apart. Luckily she does not usually get her head stuck in the box lol

Roll!

Here we are, getting stuff done.

Nothing like a hot day in the grass!
